Ningbo Skylark Container Corporation Ltd is a joint venture integrated with CFS stuffing & unstuffing, container stacking, hauling, repairing & maintenance. The company covers 374,760㎡. Including 344,400㎡ empty container storage, our container stacking capacity is over 41,000 TEU. We provide stacking for empty and loaded containers, as well as refrigerators (32 refrigerators can be work at the same time). Now our annual handling ability is 1,000,000 TEU and above, our office area is 2,000㎡. The CFS area is 33,000㎡ and the operating area is 35,000㎡ , moreover, our stuffing ability is up to 5,500 TEUS per month.

Geography

Zhujiang Depot and warehouse: lies in Beilun Pacific Industrial Park, to the north of LuoXia line (Jiangang Road), to the south of Tong Tu Road, to the east of Binjiang Street and to the west of Zhujiang Road. This yard is closely to Beilun Container Corporation and only 2 kilometers far from Beilun harbor. And it is only 1 kilometer to phrase 1 of Beilun port, 3 kilometers to phrase 2, 6 kilometers to phrase 3, 20 kilometers to phrase 4 and 22 kilometers to phrase 5. Zhujiang Depot has 43,000 ㎡, its operating area is 20,000 ㎡ and its stuffing ability reaches to 5,000 TEU. Moreover, the annual handling ability of the Zhujiang Depot is 300,000 TEU. Furthermore, the Zhujiang Storage has 4,500 ㎡, its operating area is 7,500 ㎡ and its stuffing ability reaches to 1,200 TEU per month.

Jingang Depot and warehouse: it locates at Jingang Road, which is closely to Beilun Container Corporation and only 2 kilometers far from Beilun harbor. And it is only 0.7 kilometer to phrase 1 of Beilun port, 1.5 kilometers to phrase 2, 4 kilometers to phrase 3, 23.5 kilometers to phrase 4 and 25.5 kilometers to phrase 5, 19 kilometers to Da Xie port. Jingang Depot is 43,560 ㎡; including 30,000㎡ empty container storage. Its stuffing ability reaches to 5,000 TEU. The annual handling ability of the Jingang Depot is 300,000 TEU. The Jingang warehouse area is 3,100 ㎡, operating area is 7,000 ㎡. Its stuffing ability reaches to 1,000TEU per month.

Houshan Depot:located at the north end of Lingang 1st Road, Xiapu street, Beilun District. has 60,000 ㎡, its stuffing ability reaches to 9,000 TEU ,next to 329 national highways in south and Ganyi Road in east. It is only 10 kilometer to phrase 1 of Beilun port, 13kilometers to phrase 2, 16 kilometers to phrase 3, 19kilometers to phrase 4 and 22 kilometers to phrase 5.

Xia Pu Depot and warehouse: it is only 8 kilometer to phrase 1 of Beilun port, 9.5 kilometers to phrase 2, 12kilometers to phrase 3, 15.5 kilometers to phrase 4 and 15.5 kilometers to phrase 5. Xia Pu Depot covers 89,000 square meters, with 26,400 square meters handling area , ably stuffing 240,000 TEU and goods’ storage area 25,000 square meters. Its stuffing ability reaches to 4,000 TEU per month.

Facility

Our company equips with advanced specific installation for container. The main equipments include:11 fork-lifts for empty vans (are capable to pile 7 meters high),2 reachstackers,5 Gantry crane 4 forklifts of 7-ton, 44 forklift of the other kinds(including the diesel and electric),6 German high-temperature high-pressure washing tank machines,12common soldering machines and 8 house generators, 4 diesel engine. Institutional Settings

The company carries out the general manager responsibility system, led by directorate, and sets up six departments: business department, operation department, storage department, technology department, finance department and the administration department. Each department is taken charge by its own manager. There is more than 400 staff in our company, with a reasonable age structure. Among them, 80% employees have Bachelor or a higher degree,, as well as a lot of young people who are actively working in every department. Management

Our company adopts modernized management system, applying advanced computer management system (container-management system, Inset goods-management system, internet system and office automation). Every department has professional operators who are strictly trained and skilled qualified. The company also actualizes the computer management system and cooperates with China telecom for Internet searching. It also joins with the EDI center for automatic customer data sending. 3 IICL international container checkers are hired, to provide customers checking, repair and washing services and so on.
